※ Hydraulic cam turret with 10 knives, accurate and quick tool change positioning time is 0.3 seconds, and the tool change reproduction accuracy is 0.002mm

※ The main shaft adopts Φ130mm large-diameter high-precision angled roller bearing, which is suitable for low-speed heavy cutting.

※ The main shaft power adopts Japanese FANUC servo motor. (with A series motor)

※ Both axes use C3-grade high-precision ball screws. Appropriate pre-tension is applied during assembly, and a high-precision laser measuring instrument is used for screw backlash alignment and pitch compensation to ensure motion accuracy.

※ The mobile high water storage dynamic chip water tank is equipped with an automatic chip remover for chip cleaning and shortens the chip cleaning time.
