At present, the controller 0I-TF PLUS introduced by FANUC last

year can add Vibration cutting function



It has been tested on Fushuo FCL-140/200HT FBL-230 FNL-220LY

and other models, and it can indeed achieve the effect of chip

breaking

However, if the spindle speed is higher than 1800RPM, the

vibration of the table will be larger, and the processing

conditions need to be adjusted again.

(Because there are thousands of cutting conditions above

2000RPM have not been tested)

Turn on the Vibration cutting function, there is no difference

in machining time, and the surface roughness will increase

slightly during finishing (slightly worse than standard

finishing)

For example, the roughness of the watch is about Ra0.4 when

the aluminum alloy is finished turning, and it is about Ra0.45

when it is turned on. The difference is not visible to the

naked eye. The measurement by the instrument is slightly

different.
