Mechanical characteristics:
This model is the crystallization of technology carefully researched by Fuyu for many years. It has a stable appearance and strong structure. Spindle mechanism
The main shaft is supported by four ultra-precision angular ball bearings. Stable and strong spindle seat structure, able to withstand heavy load grinding.
Three-axis roller slide
It is made of (S55C) high carbon steel, after heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC60~64. Smooth movement, no hysteresis and precise positioning.
AC servo motor lifting drive
The lifting transmission is driven by the heat-treated grinding screw and AC servo motor, which has large torque, fast speed and high positioning accuracy. With a fully automatic control system, the feed accuracy can reach 0.001mm. In order to facilitate the operation, there is a manual artery wave generator.
Front and rear transmission speed control
The continuous movement speed of the saddle is driven by an AC servo motor to obtain good surface grinding accuracy.

Autonomous inspection of assembly
In order to truly require the high quality of the machine, the assembly department fully implements the "assembly independent inspection". Each assembly step must be inspected through correct actions, and the high quality is guaranteed through strict "independent inspection".
The fuselage is placed on a granite platform, and the verticality of the track is measured with a precision electronic gauge.
An electronic scale is used to test the isoplanarity of the four track surfaces of the spindle base, so that the perpendicularity between the spindle base and the fuselage meets the geometric accuracy requirements.
Maintain the company's high-quality image by independently inspecting the accuracy of the machine level.
Spindle temperature rise test
Under no load, the spindle should be operated in stages from low to high speed for at least 8 hours. At the same time, the temperature rise automatic recorder is used for continuous monitoring and recording. The standard value of temperature rise is below +10°C.
Measurement of the deflection of the conical surface of the grinding wheel shaft end
The deflection of the front, middle and back three points is measured on the conical surface of the grinding wheel shaft end, and it is maintained below 0.0015mm under the monitoring of precision instruments.
Spindle dynamic balance test
Each machine shipped from the factory has been calibrated with a precision-class portable dynamic balance corrector for the spindle, and its vibration value is below 0.003mm/s.

The cylinder gauge is placed on the work table, swinging and fixed to the indicator gauge of the grinding wheel shaft, and measuring the readings at the left and right and back and forth movement distances and both ends of the work table. The Fuyu standard is

Roller screening
The needle rollers must be screened by an automatic needle roller machine to control the accuracy of the needle rollers on the three-axis track of the machine to be within 0.001mm.
Machine structure
Spindle structure
The stable and strong spindle seat structure can bear heavy load grinding. The spindle is supported by four ultra-precision angular ball bearings and filled with high-speed grease without additional lubrication. The spindle motor uses a three-phase 3.7kW/5HP drive motor for precision balance testing. Both the motor and the main shaft are connected by the flexible joint of the balance corrector to ensure the accuracy of the main shaft.
Structure of spindle base and body
The machine body and the spindle base are each hardened and finely ground slide rails. The slide rails are passed through rollers and appropriate pre-compression, the screw and the automatic cooling backlash device can be used
The grinding wheel is used for fine-tuning feed of 0.001mm to ensure its accuracy.
Left and right slide mechanism of workbench
The sliding method of the worktable is composed of specially designed pre-compressed roller guides. The gap-free structure between the guides and the rollers enables the worktable to run at high speed and smoothly without vibration, in order to achieve high-precision grinding.
Front slide mechanism of saddle
The slideway of the saddle is composed of precision slide rails and rollers. The load bearing is separated from the guide bearing, and the load bearing can fully absorb the effect of the vertical direction.
Moreover, the guide path bearing which is pre-compressed into a gap-free can ensure the saddle's accurate lateral movement. Even when the load is frequently changed, the saddle can still move smoothly to achieve high-precision feed. Combining these two will provide better service life and low friction, while lower viscosity will make the movement smoother.
Touch control system
The position of the touch controller is designed according to ergonomics, and the operation buttons are represented by symbols, making it easy for the operator to control.
