Front and rear transmission speed control
The continuous movement speed of the saddle is controlled by the frequency converter in 20ADIII, and the servo motor before and after 24ADS is controlled by the magnification switch, which can obtain good surface grinding accuracy and grinding wheel dressing effect.
Body structure
The fuselage structure is made of high-density cast iron, which has been annealed. The structure is reinforced with super strong cross ribs and analyzed by computer, so the rigidity and stability are greatly improved. It adopts square slide rail with high-precision ball screw and AC servo motor to drive up and down, smooth movement and high precision, suitable for heavy cutting.
Automatic lubrication system (20 & 24 series)
Equipped with an automatic circulating oil tank for forced lubrication and a safety switch. When the lubricating oil pressure does not reach the set standard, the warning light will be on to remind the operator to avoid lack of lubrication and reduce the life of the machine.
Left and right slide
