Horizontal main grinding head
·The lifting transmission adopts precision C2 grade ball screw and gear set for precise positioning and feeding, and is equipped with air pressure counterweight. It can be equipped with a high-resolution optical ruler (Opt.) for closed loop design, and it can be used with CNC control system. For surface grinding, it is also equipped with concave/convex grinding function of the slide rail.
·The main shaft adopts NN powerful bearings, the standard grinding wheel size is Ø610x203x100mm (24"x8"x4"), and it is equipped with a 40HP powerful spindle motor, which is an optimized and powerful grinding head design.
